Hotel rooms are spacious. Clean. Food is not good. Location is very good. Friendly staff. Good choice for cost. I stayed for two days and enjoyed the stay. If variety in restaurants increases it will be excellent choice.

What a beautiful structure it has! It reminded me of the typical 'Nalukettu' houses in Kerala. Rooms are spacious and we liked the way it was designed effectively with a small partition. Elegant and cosy! Food and room service were superior! Very polite and understanding staff members made us happy! What we lacked is the absence of an electric kettle in the room. Apart from that, everything is absolutely stupendous! Kalari and Kathakali centres are very near to the hotel. We would be so happy to be there again!

Hotel Silver Crest is a good property located in close proximity to the market. The hotel is neat and clean, and the rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is quite clean. There is no lift facility. Quality of the food is average.

Proximity to Periyar National Park.
Market, kalariyapattu centre .
Spacious but Dated rooms.
Breakfast is ok , But restaurant food and room service is below par.
We were a group of 4 families with kids .

we stayed in end of Sept.2017. After a long journey, when we reached there, extremely friendly and welcoming approach of staff especially of manager Mr.Renoop made us to feel at home. Special consideration and attention towards kids made them happy also. Room was very nice and clean, service was exceptional. what else someone could expect on a holiday trip ! They also organised, a well experienced guide and transport felicity which helped us to make most of our journey. We don't have the habit of revisiting places,however this trip was amazing, we wish to go back again.
