Spacious room, very wide area. There are camping grounds here, meeting / conference package, etc. Animals running around free (deer, swan, etc). The food is great too & the staff is very helpful & friendly. In the old days, this hotel is the Hilton Hotel before turning to Singgasana Hotel.

This is the hotel with resort concept in Surabaya. Not high rise building. Large area. The is big and clean. Good hospitality from the staff. There is also plenty facility such as swimming pool and fitness center.

For a good hotel with beautiful environment, their food taste are the worst. You guys should make it better soon as 4 stars hotel. And my 3 stars review are for the environment, roaming deers around the hotel and gooses which swim freely on their pond. Lovely!

The room wasn't clean at all. There was a cocroach next to the fridge, the walls were yellowish and the whole room smelled weird. The breakfast was ok and the dinner buffet looked good too (but we didn't take it). I wouldn't go back.

Overall this is a pleasant place to relax. The pool is big and the atmosphere is quiet.
The room was average, with some amenities lacking and in need of a general refurbishment throughout. We know this because we checked several rooms before deciding.
The food is not very good here, and the hotel staff did not seem to understand what 'vegetarian' means. Room service is slow and what you eventually get isn't worth the wait.
If they can fix the faults then I'd stay again; otherwise I'm hoping for a better location next time.
