Frankly speaking the Hotel was not at all upto the mark. When I reached there I had to wait for 20 mins because the room was not ready. There were 2-3 cockroaches on the edges of the bed. The curtain rod in the room felled every time I touched the curtain. Although food is good and service is average. No one in the hotel understand English or Hindi except the ones on the reception.
My advise please do not opt for this hotel

I put up here as part of a custom travel package provided to me by Great Escapes tours.
I only stayed one night here. Service was prompt if I needed anything. The room and bathroom was decent. Breakfast was complimentary as part of the package. It's a nice option for solo travellers on a budget.
It's close to Marine Drive if you want to do some exploring around Kochi.

Hotel was booked by my travel agent
I thought it must be 3 star hotel
But it was disappointment looking. At the room.
I had mentioned that we are checking in as couples then also they provided me split bed.
After having a word they changed our room .
I would give 1 star to it.
No proper answers from the staff
No hot water in tap after complaining also they didn't do anything. Had to have cold water bath.
Its waste spending ur money at this hotel in short.
No proper toiletries are provided.
Complementary breakfast was also not matching its standard.

Rooms re just average for the rate they offer..floor is covered witmat.bathrooms are just ok..ac is also having some problems.service is ok..overall stay is ok but can be improved..but it's actually reachable easily and can move to anywhere in the town easily...

I had a very nice experience at the hotel. The rooms are clean well furnished with good amenities and at a very affordable price. The breakfast was good,the service prompt (although) we did have to ask for a lot of things,but nonetheless everything was provided. The hotel people also offered to arrange an excursion for my family. It was a nice experience abd I had a good time& hope u do too.
