The view from hotel was really awesome. You can see the full range of mountains from your balcony. Rooms were properly cleaned and had good space as well. If you going as a couple then definitely this would be a good choice for your stay.

we went there with couple of our business associates. we were four men. we went there in the month of august we booked our rooms through goibibo app . we really enjoyed our stay there.we stayed there for a day we reached there by early noon. the staff was good .the rooms were neat and clean how ever the hotel is an old built structure and needs major renovations the ambiance and view from the room is awesome. had a great time there. no hassels of parking and very quite property.

Wow if u had read my first review with Grand view hotel was fully booked this was my second booking.My Gf was from Brazil they saw me on reception desk they straight alloted me maharaja room. Rooms were decent with great mountain view....however the service was excellent. I would like to recommend you specially staff in dinning ...As we were on dinner they served authentic Indian food for me it was good as for my GF ....she was eating constantly spicy food wit me she really wanted some light to eat ... one of the server he gone above and beyond and order nice continental food for her from the chef which was really good gesture from his side. This left us very positive and amazing memories for us from Dalhousie.

It's a average property. Not upto the mark as far as prices are concerned. Food is good. No kids play zone. Towels in the bathroom are in very poor condition. Heater are not so much effective. Car parking area is dangerous. Dormitory for drivers should be there.

I visited this hotel with my family members. The view from maharaja room is beautiful and staff is very supportive/kind and courteous. Very few hotels have such wonderful staff. 5star to all of them. Food was good. We got sick due to weather, the hotel staff did what they could at the best. One of day, at 2 am i requested for milk for my sick daughter and the staff without hesitation gave me. Thank you.
Property is old so don't expect lavish stay.
