Sofitel Europe is a very comfortable hotel and more modern than most chain options.
Breakfast was good, the bar in the first floor was lively every day I was there.
Belgian chocolate shop in the first floor and park up front.

very nice room, very clean.. Very kind and professional reception.. nice perfume in elevators, feel like home. Didn't have the breakfast at the hotel but it seemed quite good too. I'll be pleased to spend another night at the Hotel

The hotel obviously did not fulfil my expectations. The room was small. It was tight even for a short stay. The quality of it was not good. The decoration of the room was not nice. The price for value was not good.

Hi we are having an excellent stay in the hotel in addition the front desk reception was very cooperative and helpful from the time we checked in. And the concierge was helpful too really. The breakfast was delicious. The honey was delicious really and excellent service responds by them to send us the breakfast with in 15 minutes. Will thank Sofia from the reception and the lady at the restaurant.

My boyfriend and I, both 24, stayed in this hotel for two nights at the end of December just before the new year. The hotel was only about 15-20 mins with light traffic from the airport. We decided to get an Uber as it was cheaper than the actual taxis at the airport. We arrived to a lovely hotel which sits at the end of a square filled with restaurants. We had dinner and lunch at three of the restaurants, they were all really nice although quite expensive. When we arrived in the lobby, we were greeted by a really pleasant and sweet receptionist. She was very welcoming and the check in was super fast. Our room was on the top floor but the lift didn't take long and it was never busy with people in them. The bedroom was a good size, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, although I did struggle slightly in the first night as the pillow was very soft, but that is expected when you are used to having the same pillow every night. The bathroom facilities were nice. The hermez shows products smelt amazing! I was also surprised that the tv had lots of good English channels. We would definitely come back to this hotel if I go to Brussels again. Thank you Sofitel Brussels Europe
