The best by far in Amsterdam it was so good the only hotel with good service in town and the best breakfast in Amsterdam will come back again . Also very close to all the main area . The most comfortable bed

Is a really nice hotel with modern finishes but the room weâve stayed in ...witch was one of the best ...was so small (almost making u feel claustrophobic even uâre not) as well the bathroom. But everything in rest was great ...great breakfast, great amenities, very professional staff ...concierge guy was very friendly and helpful âï¸ definitely a good option.

This is a top hotel BUT BUT BUT you should know that renovations are being made (to a kitchen I think) and so you will be woken by hammering and drilling from 8am on. Having been out late two nights in a row I found the hour of hammering particularly annoying. The hotel's customer service person was extremely apologetic and tried to help, but ultimately cannot actually do anything as builders are builders. Otherwise this is a great hotel and all the staff are very professional.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. A short walk from almost all sights. Apart from the location. We couldn't fault the service. Amazing staff and very attentive, they were prompt on fulfilling our needs.
The bed is something else. Very comfortable. The room service and evening turn down service was good too.
Don't miss the breakfast buffet. It has so many healthy variety.
One downside which was very annoying is the wifi. You have to log in every 24 hrs with your room number and last name. Its not practical and inconvenient. I hope they plan to change it.
We stayed as a couple for our birthday celebration. They made it special for us, definitely worth the stay.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Lovely historic building. We used the spa facilities and booked a massage. We also ate in the pop up Italian restaurant (current restaurant being renovated), which was good quality with fresh ingredients. The rooms are light and lovely with ridiculously comfortable beds! Was hard to get up in the morning! The only negative points are that the bathroom wasn't very private and the shower strength was quite weak. Would definitely recommend for a romantic trip. Also very central.
