To be accommodated at Sofitel Lisboa Liberdade has been an amazing experience, everything has been looked after at the detail.
And the staff is a 5 star people! I have them in my memories, everyone and, specially Rita Pereira our breakfast server. She is so lovely and so professional. 10 points for her!
I definitely recommend Sofitel Lisboa to spend your time.

Very close to all the downtown shops and sight seeings.
Staff are very polite and always willing to help. I didn't eat at the restaurant but had a drink at their bar one evening and they accompany a drink with a number of different types of nuts, chips, etc.
Their breakfast options are great - they also offer 6 different types of fresh juices.
Try definitely the beetroot juice!

Had a lovely stay at the Sofitel.
Offered free breakfast during our stay due to renovation works which we heard once for 5 minutes over our three night stay.
Staff couldnât be more friendly especially the front of house and the waiters at breakfast who remembered your drinks orders!
Can thoroughly recommend this hotel and only a 5 minutes walk from one of the main squares.

Fantastic location and quite central to the shops and where the tour buses start from.
The staff are extremely friendly chatty and knowledgeable.
Food very fresh with excellent room service.
Little personal touches to the room by room service.
Check in and check out quite straight forward.
Will definitely use this hotel again.

Enjoy the hotel for the location and reputation. Unfortunately, repair was being done when I am trying to sleep from jet lag. Horrible situation. Checked out earlier and had to change all plans. No more Sofitel
