Itâs almost two weeks that I arrived back to my home, however it seems like yesterday. The experience was beyond my expectation and itâs keeping as a beautiful memory for my life time. Upon arrival, a sweet receptionist lady was greeted and welcomed us with unexpected welcome amenities. Thank you very much, they upgraded our room and the room just speechless. I really fall in love with their room set up, especially the leaf with the towel got my attention which remains us to remember about our green environment. Nevertheless, the garden next to the pool is at the right place and itâs a perfect combination for the restaurant where you can have the breakfast. Definitely, I suggest to sit outside table for your breakfast. During our stay, we were so lucky to enjoy their night activity which is local dance. And donât miss their spa. Please try it, they have so many options to chose. One thing that I was lucky enough to discover all their room types and their unique points. And appreciated for surprise gifts, it added one more memory to this journey and definitely I will keep it in my living room. Itâs just not enough to thank.

We stayed 2 nights and had our wedding reception at Sol Beach House and the service, food, and overall hospitality is beyond words.
Yomi and her team are professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to service my wedding party and guests and I am so happy I chose to stay here. Thank you Sol Beach for making my wedding a dream come true and catering to all our needs.
I actually stayed at the Conrad (5 min walk) and I can't say the same thing about the Conrad.The service at Sol Beach really is impeccable and we will definitely come back here again! If you are planning to stay in Nusa Due area, stay at Sol Beach! This place will not disappoint!
ps. the food here is super yummy. For an all inclusive hotel, I was surprised by the quality of the food.

We recently stayed at this resort for 7 days over the New Year period.
The resort is located in a fairly quiet area which was perfect for us but fairly cheap to get a taxi to the busier tourist areas.
The hotel is well kept and we had a great room which was spacious, comfortable bed and clean.
The hotel offers various options and you can either pay as your go, or upgrade to the blue, silver or gold all inclusives packages. We booked the silver package which included
4 pieces of laundry every day per guest cleaned free of charge which was great as it was pretty hot and humid and we had already been travelling to other places the week before.
Buy one get one free massage - which was great. Their treatment menu was very reasonable.
All inclusive the mini bar in the room which included the snacks and all drinks which were mainly soft drinks but also included 2 bottles of beer topped up daily.
Meals and drinks in all restaurants including in the little fresh juice and crepe bar at the beach.
All inclusive food at this hotel was great, the a la carte restaurant was superb quality and the main restaurant which served a good hot and cold buffet breakfast was also 24 hours. Lunch and dinner was ordered by menu and the meals we had were great!
The quality of drinks served at the bar in the evening and the pool bar were great with a good cocktail selection.
The New Years Eve Gala dinner and entertainment were fab and the food was again excellent.
The beach area was well kept and plenty of loungers.
When we were there the hotel was not particularly full and I suspect that the lack of bookings was down to concerns over the volcano.
I have to say that all the staff, reception, bar, waiting and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and would go out of their way to help. The reception staff were very helpful in helping us try to chase up our luggage which arrived late, they liaised with the airport, kept us updated and arranged a car to take us to pick up one of the cases.
The hotel can arrange taxis for you if you are nervous about hailing your own and they seem to be on par with the local rates charged.
The Bali Collection Mall is nice but very expensive. If you are up for a bit of bartering there is a great local market down a side street next to the hotel where you can get some good bargains.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is my last evening here and I really donât want to go home. This is a beautiful, clean and friendly hotel. It has been very quiet during my stay; people are staying away because of the volcano, but Iâve had a fantastic time. All the locals are working extra hard to make sure you have a great stay on the island, and you can get some great deals on trips.
The hotel is operating completely as normal, and running all the activities. Iâve done a great selection of activities. The staff know us all by name, and weâve all made some good friends during our visits.
The all inclusive is great value for money. As a whole Bali feels safe, and it is easy to get around.
Wish I could stay longer.

I came to Bali with my husband, daughter (16yrs) and two other couples, we upgraded our room to to a larger one which was perfect for us, room was beautiful and the check-in was easy & lovely, great staff on reception.
This hotel is lovely if you are wanting total peace & quiet, we would prefer things to be a little bit more entertaining, just felt a little flat around the pool area & of an evening.
Food & staff are EXCELLENT and really lovely people who really want to help you and ensure everything is ok.
Overall and lovely hotel & holiday just to quiet for ourselves.
