An awesome four star hotel at an affordable price. The staff are all welcoming and speak great English. There are 3 bars in this hotel including a poolside bar and an English pub! We chose a half board meal plan which included free breakfasts and dinner, definitely worth the extra money. It's roughly a 10 minute walk to the beach and main strip and a 15 minute walk to PortAventura World. We had a great stay and will definitely return!

Small rooms, staff not very nice to anyone with an English accent!!, spanish and EU citizens first, food very poor, service.. poor!!
A few nice people work there but overall if you're used to 4 Star then you'l get a huge SHOCK!
Its not good.. seriously go somewhere else..
Good things!! Nice chap works in the bar..., entertainment people are nice.. Receptionists are THE worst!

We had a wonderful time there. Great service. staff willing to make our stay amazing. Very clean. Really niceeee food! Nice pool. I really cant wait to go back for this amazing and incredible place. It's very worth it.

I went there with my family for four lovely days and it was perfect, from the food to the room cleaning service we were very happy.
The food was amazing, the staff incredibly helpful and nice, the hotel was super clean and the bar service amazing.
For now on, anytime me and my family wanna visit Port Aventura we'll stay on this hotel.

We stayed here with our two girls in their thirties and two grandchildren on a half board basis, we all had a brilliant holiday. The breakfast & evening meals had lots of variety. The pool staff were fantastic, playing games and dancing to music in the pool, pool bar great for lunch time. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away for anything you need. 10 minute stroll to the beach, but was absolutely packed so we decided to stay by the pool.
