I visited this hotel just for wedding photoshoot and preparation purposes. If you want to get simple room for photoshoot, this hotel is good choice!
Easy to order online taxi due right on the street. Receptionist was friendly and helpful!

the room (double-deluxe) is spacious for one person, probably ok for 2.
Mini-bar was locked, safe was locked.
Bathroom could be cleaner.
Hotel staff is friendly, formalities don't take too much time.
The hotel restaurant is open 24/7. The menu, quality and service are very ok.
The beer is too expensive.

Good room but no bar fridge, otherwise comfortable. Near a big shopping mall. Service staff very friendly and helpful. Expected a little more in terms of breakfast and menu. Massage options looked very attractive but sadly couldn't fit it in. Wouldn't mind coming back again.

Friendly restaurant staff, nice place and the big room at deluxe room on #601, breakfast is pretty good. Easy to find parking. Near to Summarecon Mall Serpong and Alam Sutera. So difficult to find food the surrounding area. Overall is good

What made us fed up is not the fact that they mistakenly gave a room that was already occupied (the roomcard didn't work so we had to return it to the lobby, turned out when we finally got in the room it was already filled with someone's luggage and documents) But it's the cigarette smell in our room...and the staff response of simply denying it. After we asked about it he said he would treat the room but who knows what happened to him as he never returns..
