Good services along with good staffs and awesome meal facilities. It was pleasure stay here and is near hinjewadi it park. So accessible to all nearby establishments. WIFI facilities is available with AC rooms.

I have stayed at better places with similar or marginally high price. But this place fits the bill if one can live with the pros and cons.
Pros:
+Affordable Price
+Clean
+Spacious (I got a 1BHK apartment
+Decent free internet in the room
+Close proximity to Hinjewadi IT park
+Good choice of free breakfast
+Clean unlimited drinking water
+Electricity backup (was no electricity cut, so can't review their effectiveness)
Cons:
-The road leading to the place is in very bad shape and is poorly lit at night. Solo women travellers should keep this in mind
-Could not spot any security guard at night
-No Feel good factor (there were spots on the paint and floor, could have been painted).

came for a short 3 day work visit, was looking for cheap and decent place to stay with access to food and transport services at hand, this place fit the bill and at a very decent pricing, will visit again for sure

This service apartment is very close to Hinjewadi phase-1, which makes it very convenient to go to offices & restaurants. It is located little inside a lane from the high traffic main road, so it is quiet. Room size was very comfortable. The toilets need renovation. House cleaning needs to be improved a lot. We were located on 4 th floor. The elevator had problems for 2 days. You may be better off with rooms on the lower floor. Staff is good. They serve food, which is OK.

I stayed here for 3 days in December while on a business visit. I was earlier in Tamanna and had to checkout due to unavailability, thats when I moved to Sorrento. Looking at the pictures and prices online I was a little shocked when I reached the location. It was just a plain old prtment building in which a few flats were furnished and offered as furnished apartments.
Pros:
- homely feeling
- no restrictions on what you do or who you bring along
- ample parking space
- AC and fridge work very well just like your own home.
Cons:
- faucets and sink in kitchen and batmroom are not very well kept.
- anyone can come and go at any time
- if you expect the service like a hoyel where you dial 9 and order food right to your room, think again.
- its a 200 meters drive from the main road and those 200 meters can be a problem specially at night if you are alone. Street dogs and poor road is the problem.
- nearest shops and restraunt is a 10 minute walk.
