I stayed on Feb a great hospitality.... Staff were really nice so polite with adequate communication... They made my stay memorable... Especially when I was not well they took care of me very well... Everyone was awesome from the doorman to the manager... Well trained .. Well mannered well groomed wonderful service

This was my first visit to Bangalore/India and my impression about the country, the hotel, the people and the food was really very nice.
The Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Bangalore and the hotel staff where very helpful and friendly.

I've stayed for a two day trip to Bangalore and is one of the best hotel I've been to. The service was good and the hotels as well as the rooms were good and clean. The receptionist were polite and so are the people working as room service, the location however is not very suitable to my needs but i conclude this to as one of the best hotels.

I booked this hotel because of the location I was little hesitated when I booked but when I went through the reviews in trip advisor and as well as other sites the reviews were possitive. Their services are really great especially the staff were very friendly and courteous.... Ambiance was good... Well maintained rooms and clean.. they made me felt like five star.... Anywhere you go in this hotel you will get a nice fragrance.. especially Roshan was very helpful... I wish you to maintain the same ... Great job

I like this hotel as it is nearby mg road,cubbon park and many other places.Apart from that the staffs and caring,kind and friendly,services was great.cleanliness of the room was excellent,the front office staffs are very polite and always smile which makes us more comfortable,keep it up and we will come back.
