Unclean, cats on the restaurant chairs, no water in rooms, bad washrooms, not the best hotel in Bengaluru. Anyway, closely located to many sports shops and other shops. Three wheelers available for other travel.

Good stay at sovereign hotel as this located at the heart of the city/ centre of the city.. near to railwaystation.. tooms are clean good service.. check in and check out are good.. good to stay here.

This is the a hotel not to stay come to. I wonder how it got 3 Star . Its should have no star at all. The rooms are dirty with broken tiles and furniture.open wiring . The ceiling is broken there are holes in there . The bathroom is the same , broken tiles , dirty tiles and exposed wire and light fittings. And dirty. The restaurant has exposed plug showing wiring. Lift has panels with holes in them. All of above I have photos. The service is as bad. We were told our rooms would be changed . Did not happen. Worst hotel . Go there only if you want your holiday ruined.
Wifi was not working very well in the room asked the reception, who do not understand what your are trying to tell them they just have there way of solving the issue. Which is send your phone to them , they say it is working fine. es in the reception it is but not in the room . After you get through to them they send some one to your room and he cofirm yes it is not working and then goes away - no solution , no explanation - nothing After a while you trying and find out what is happening and they say yes poor reception in you room. Trying to solve this has taken them 1 day still not resolved. Breakfast is as bad and service very bad.Lot of loud music till late

It was perfect hotel for families and friends. Rooms are good with neatly arranged bedsheets and towels. Coming to the food it was superb, taste is awesome. They serve many varieties. Room service was good.

Hotel was good but now it's old and needs renovation at least of bathrooms.
Room has some pathetic smell.
Plug points are old styled and need repair.
Breakfast is ok.
Overall good for one night but need renovation.
Only the reception area is maintained
