Absolutely spot on motel, nice everything, we really liked our 3 nights here. The owners are very friendly and full of best attractions, restaurants and directions. You just can't go wrong here, wifi excellent, hot pool, big beds and lovely crisp sheets.
All at a reasonable cost too.
If all motels were like this we would feel spoilt!

We had a fabulous time in Rotorua and our hosts at Sport of Kings definitely helped with that. Pete, Tristen, and Mikayla made us so welcome and gave us lots of very helpful advice with what to see and do. The room was very comfortable and our three year old just loved the pool and the spa. Thanks so much for such a great visit!

Our daughters and I spent 2 nights here...
We had a room with a spa. Great way to relax at the end of the day. Guessing it would be even better in winter.
The rooms are comfortable and clean and they have the best towels ever.
But the staff are the best thing about this place... friendly, welcoming an helpful.
I will stay here next time I am in Rotorua.

The motel was very comfortable - we were staying with two grandchildren and it was terrific to have a spa pool as part of our unit. There were also two shared spa pools and a small heated swimming pool which our 6 year old loved.
The owner, Peter, and his family were extremely welcoming and helpful with a good knowledge of the sights. We were aiming to cycle in the Redwoods (very close) and Peter was very knowledgeable. The amenities include an area for maintaining bikes and a number of tools to help you do it.
We shall use this motel again!

Oh where to start.
When we arrived we were greeted with a lovely hello and smile. Before being taking to our room we were asked do we like fresh coffee, yes please and we were giving a freshly ground bag of coffee with milk.
The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Small kitchen with a fridge. The bathroom was clean with towels for the pool....bonus. btw the pool is warm. we spent 2 nights there and loved it. You can take the bikes for a spin free of charge. Great location but what makes it ....is the people that run it. Thank you guys.
