The hotel was not up to the suggested star rating. The rooms and restaurants were unclean. The ambience was poor and I felt that I could have opted for better hotel at the discounted rates offered in multiple travel websites.

We got an average deal since we booked our room online, the price of the room was â¹10,000/- but we paid 3700â¹ for it. Yet, wasnât the best deal. Their service is amazing, even their food is one the best in the area. The bathrooms are really clean and beautiful.

Usually I like to keep trying out new hotels. However, whenever I visit Pune my first choice is always Spree Shivai.. The minute I step into the hotel, the experience at check is great - they have a form which they printout with all my details and I only have to present my Id to check in.
The rooms are great - spacious, clean and very comfortable. And their motto for Service is 'Do more' which they really show in action. Breakfast is good as so is the in room dining.
On the whole, a delightful experience once again.

I really like the hospitality of the Staff In Spree. They value their customers and act to every little request you make with utmost courtesy. Specially for non locals traveling on business trip, they make it so pleasant with heir beautiful smile and greetings with complimentary tea and cookies when you get back after a tiring day. Its a simple thing but matters a lot.The room provided was really nice and spacious. So relaxing.

We had THE most amazing experience there!If 2 words are to define my stay here, it'll be "absolutely amazing".
Right from the check in till the time we checked out, the staff did all they could to make us feel special!
A big thank you to management of hotel !a lot of things to make our stay even more special.
