We stayed in Springdale for one day and it was amazing experience. Hotel staff warmly welcomed us and showed us the rooms. Rooms were very spacious and had television, AC, mini refrigerator and sit-outs. Bathrooms were very clean and had toiletries. Rooms were surrounded by greenery. They had few indoor games like foosball, table tennis, football etc. Also food was tasty in their restaurant. Totally it was worth for the money we paid.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. we were three couples in a group. The check in was smooth and pleasant with welcome feeling. The rooms were clean close to the river bank. The restaurant is of good size, freshly prepared delicious food, plenty of choice and brilliant hospitality. Special credit to swapnam who looked after us with smiling face.
Unfortunately, I left my Jacket in the room but the staff were so good that they kept it safely and returned it by courier service nearly a fortnight after I contacted them by phone.

We stayed there for 2 days. I would say the property was good but not very much impressive as per other reviews.
The only thing disappoint me that during evening & night the rooms light & park area lights were very dim or murky which doesnât enthusiast us to involve in any activity post sunset.
However the ambience was very good, we have taken spa services as well and it was quite good, the breakfast was very delicious even enjoyed the varieties which helps in choosing various tastes.

Stayed for 1 night at the hotel , like the property and location , great hospitality, clean rooms and well maintained property.
Got surprise on arrival that they have upgraded my Room.
Being a North Indian vegetarian it was an absolute surprise to have some really delicious food dishes. Food is really great..
Want to special thanks to Muthu (Restaurant staff) who made my dinner very special, he is such a nice staff also very active and informative..
The only disappointment was the internet (Wi-Fi), not that much great.. :(
Really a gem.. Overall i would like to recommend this property to everybody once. superb place to stay in Thekkady...

The place is 17 kms and 45 minutes before the Thekkedy town or Periyar Wild life sanctuary. In and around tea plantations and nearby hills gives a pleasant sun rise view early in the morning. A trail amidst tea plantations is a good option , if interested.
The location of the hotel is not very good as it is slightly off the main highway in the centre of the city and as such there are no views available from the rooms / cottages.
It has a good swimming pool , well managed spa and GOOD FOOD.
