We checked in on 28.12.2017 about night 8.00 pm. The Receptionist told that 3 persons are admitted in AC Delux Room and for the 4th person extra bed at the rate of Rs.500/~ will be charged. I agreed. On 30.12.2017 when we vacated at about 8.00 pm the bill was prepared accordingly. But the Receptionist at that time altered the already prepared bill and included Rs.1000/~ in that bill. I attempted to explain him the promise made by M/s Annapoorna Lodging R,S. Puram Coimbatore while eentering into the room on 28.12.2017 night. But he failed to accept it. I was made to pay extra payment. I was CHEATED by M/s Annapoorna Lodging R.S. Puram Coimbatore.

I have stayed at annapoorna several times . Have realised that the management continues to milk the ageing cow . No renovations or upgrade measures taken . Hotel is clean and nice with helpful staff , but facilitiesneed to be upgraded .

I am regular to this all branches of Annapoorna. All items are my favourite from my school days. Don't miss Ghee roast, Ghee masala roast, poori.
Today only I went to restroom. All out dated defective fittings. This property needs a complete overhaul. I reported to them. They said soon it will be done.

we got a room facing main road and felt lucky but the bath room was very dirty with choked wash basin.service was also very poor .The front desk staff was only interested in hiring you taxis and was not cooperative .
