Budget hotel with spacious room and garden landscape. Very eady access near highway. Staffs are polite. Food quality is fine. River view room i picked is beautiful. Bathroom was fitted with modern fittings

I stayed here with family&friends in last week of dec for a couple of days. Off the highway and with a riverfront the resort has ample parking and open spaces. Rooms are spacious with all amenities like fridge kettle hair dryer. Staff is quite friendly and polite though not very fluent in English. Food at the restaurant is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast lunch and dinner. Though the kitchen closes at 3 they were accommodative to take our order while we were still driving and food was ready when we reached at 5 minutes before 3. Excellent room service. And for the tariff for which we rented the place the resort was a dream come true.
Special thanks to mr sunesh the manager who was kind to courier me back my stuff that I had forgotten in the room.
Strongly recommend if you are driving around kasargod or kannur or visiting Bella or valiaparamba do stay here or at least drop in for a breakfast or lunch and you will agree with me.

We stopped here for a coffee on our way from Kannur to Karwar. They have ample parking available. The best part about the resort is its location, right next to the backwaters. You can sit in the lawn, soak in the view and have refreshments.
The washrooms are clean. Their coffee, unfortunately, was watery.

The property is conveniently located in a peaceful hamlet in Kasargod, overlooking the backwaters.
Places of interest like Vallayapramba beach, Bekal fort are within an hour's drive.
Staff is helpful and service is good.

Located on the shore of Karingode River, the hotel offers a very pleasant stay for both family and business travellers. The room i was in was very spacious and well maintained. It was as if I was the first occupant ever in that room. I found the staff also to be highly attentive and warm. Restaurant is on the riverside and serves good quality food. Only minor blip i found, which I'm willing to overlook, was that the menu for the complimentary breakfast was limited and on one occasion was not offered as buffet.
