Positives and encouraging:
Liked the employees - Jamaluddin,Shubha,Prakash,a GENTLEMAN from Sri Lanka -(he worked alone in the night shift on 13'th december 2017),and a guy who helped me - gave me a bucket full of HOT WATER at 19:00 hrs the same day.
Negatives and Dissappointing:
Both Air Conditioner and Cable NOT WORKING MOST of the TIME.
BAD SMELL inside the room
We had CHECKED IN on 12'th Dec 16:00hrs. We had booked 20 PLUS rooms-10 A/C and 11 Non A/c.

Hotel appearance from outside is very good. Maintenance is poor. bed sheets are not good. no intercom will work. they are interested in money and not in the guests. the hotel is suitable for business and not for families

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and a day this month. It is close to Anna Bus stand in a very visible area from the bus stand. We gave prior intimation of arrival i.e. 2 PM. Still, our room was not cleaned and there were no towel and toiletries in the room. We thought this hotel does not have them on its supply. Attempted to contact reception. But phone was dead. Went down and personally told about the phone and the towels etc. After some time, one towel and one set of toiletries were supplied. Went again to reception and told we were two. Then two sets were supplied. Phone was set right but no one picked up phone when we called the reception, the dining room and the housekeeping. For every need, one had to go down and make a verbal request. We booked the hotel for its amenities like free breakfast. Next morning when we went to the restaurant, we were told the free breakfast was discontinued. However, the room and bathroom are clean. No noise or air pollution. Calm atmosphere. But no one smiles here. The receptionists and the other staff create a grave atmosphere. It is an average hotel but safe for family stay.

I stay there for 4days. They cleaned once in four days and they won't change the bed sheets till you left. Initially they will say Non Tv rooms are unavailable, If you take Tv room it costs 100Rs and Tax 70Rs but they will take 100Rs Tax, House keepers are very rude they do comments in their local language. Total very bad experience.

I stayed for a day and was satisfied with the kind of facilities provided at such a budget price. The hotel is worth a stay. The room service is good and the staff is fine. It also has a nice restaurant which provides nice food
