We did the booking at the last minute by calling the hotel directly and got the super deluxe AC room - charged at 2.2k per night for a room that is not very spacious, with AC that cannot be adjusted, broken controls in the toilets and the light control switches that needs some repair definitely, and not to mention the cigarette smell that attacked us in the whole corridor when we were shown to our rooms.
If you think you can watch your favorite show on TV, you will be in for disappointment.. there are totally around 20-25 channels that is on... and most of them tamil.
From what we saw, they are severely understaffed - there is one person who does the bellboy activity from 5 am till 11 pm and just saw one guy running around across rooms to provide that extra bed. Their restaurants had more staff!
Room charges included breakfast that is supposed to be a buffet that opens at 7 am in the morning - we had a train to catch, so when we went at 7 and were around till 7:20,
still did not get to see all that is supposed to be part of the buffet. I would think, you either have it all ready by the time you state or change the start timing.. this doesnot work for me!
Food at the restaurants are decent if you choose south indian dishes.
So, if you are wondering what made me give an average rating with all the above, is the courteous behavior of the staff - though not immediate, though not the perfect solution, but we got what we wanted... Everything else leaves lot to be desired...

Too much pricy for very old and dirty hotel... it needs a big renovation.. it's not worth for money. . bathrooms are diety and broken. I'll not recommend any one to this hotel. There are better hotels at this price range..

No respect for online bookers. Even after booking one week before, we were denied room and forced us to lodge police complaint. After intervention of police, room was given. That too after arguing for 1 hour, we got our room.

WE stayed for two days at this hotel .While staff are very friendly to us,rooms are averagely maintained and has a average quality.Food is average. Wifi is freely available in this hotel.Totally it is an average hotel for all tourist.

our stay was comfortable in your hotel. during our stay there was some problem with WI FI connection. Other amenities were good enough. cleanliness was upto the good standard. staff were courteous and kind with the guests.
