We stayed over for a night while visiting Bhadrachalam:
Benefits
- Hotel is hardly 150m from the back entrance of the temple
- Well connected to the Godavari Bud - 300m
- Reception and lobby areas are done well and look good
Issues
- The staff were very rude and gave evasive replies to basic needs - bedsheets, blankets and towels - these were not provided in the room
- The bathroom door was not locking properly - this was not attended to
- The main door to the room (#204) got jammed on many occasion and this was not rectified
- The drain shaft passes through the balcony and there was constant smell through the night
- The staff were least concerned and extremely rude. They said they could do little about all this and we had to endure with it.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

This hotel is having excellent location. just few minutes away from main temple. Has vegetarian restaurant usually busy and average taste. Has SBI ATM facility Room are small and rates needed bargained. Usually suitable for senior citizens visit to temple. Average but location makes attractive.

Considering how much of a tourist spot Bhadrachalam is, I expected a certain level of standard to be maintained. The hotel looks all showy from outside, but the rest of the service is bare minimal. The room and bathroom is clean, but overpriced considering the dimensions. No room service available; you have to call on cell phone of the manager to get the ac started and etc. Over-priced and over-hyped can be the tag here considering the tagline is all rooms are temple facing. From my balcony, I can only see the gopuram.

Useless. No hot water comes in the tap though they claim of solar water. in bathroom WC leaking. Rates are ot as per pamphlet they charge more. Card facility not working. They dont bother about your complaint and give a deaf year.
This is the worst experience we had and do not recommend to anybody.

Rooms are not the one shown is pic. More like dormitory . Horrible Hotel and staff.
we saw the hotel site online and booked . And when we landed there we were shocked to see the hotel Mini AC room .. which was looking like a small dormitory.
