Very Near to Tirupati Railway Station & Walkable from Main Bustand. Every time staying with family in this residency. Good staying place with cheapest (1000/- AC & 650 non Ac) and good service. Hot Water available 24/7. Rooms are average but it's value for money. For extra bed they will charge 200. But lot of disturbance.

Highlights: Rats in the room and on the bed when we were sleeping. Noisy members in the adjacent rooms who were always ringing service bell and drinking through the night. Was a nightmare, avoid at any cost.

Visited this couple of times. Hotel is in prime location but showing off its age. Maintenance is not good. Neatness is missing because of laziness of house keeping. We have to ask them to clean stuff, switch on air conditioning, towels etc. Located close to bus station.
