It is old building hotel located out side they city but it have acceptable room furniture and decorative also neat and clean
The break fast poor there is only south india food , I like plain doosa very nice and the tea

We really enjoyed this hotel. Although the rooms were somewhat dated they were well maintained and clean. The bar was OK, the restaurant was decent with good food at very reasonable prices. The area was good, a little outside the centre but surrounded by greenery. Free airport pick up and drop were seamless.
The pool did have a couple of missing tiles and was used by a local swimming group late afternoons, but the water was clean.
I would definately use SRM if I return to Trichy.

Hotel is good with spacious ambience. Location is quite and with limited amenities
It is very near to airport hardly 5-6 km. Rooms are also spacious with normal interior. Food options are limited in breakfast otherwise fair in menu

Stayed in Villas. Clean , comfortable rooms. Separate dining/living space , Great privacy when you have visitors. Very Quiet Villas. Race Course walking track close by for morning/evening walks. Villas Surrounded by green Trees. One suggestion is to designate few villas as non smoking.
Very prompt pick up & drop service , clean cars & Excellent drivers.
Restaurant food option is good & tasty (Multi Cuisine). Good services from waiters & Managers constantly checks on table to make sure guest are taken care.
Front desk staff needs to be little quicker to service guests.

In trichy we don't have several 3 star hotels and SRM is one the very few 3 star the access to the hotel is very near weather from airport or railway station this is a little out dated hotel but they provide the good service
The part which i felt out dated the toilet the equipment are very old but the rooms are very spacious the complimentary breakfast is good there is not of variety but it's good
But room service food are little expensive as far as I noticed
Overall this is good place to stay in trichy
