I was at the hotel to execute trainings. We had last minute requirements.The hotel staff stepped in and went all out to ensure the trainings were executed without any hitch.I absolutely vouch for the level of understanding demonstrated by the entire team at Starottel.If you are planning a seminar or a whole day meeting,then go ahead and book this hotel.Special thanks to Mahesh, Gautam, Sanjay, Rahul and Abhishek.

Overall a good stay. The hotel is nice on arrival the room was not prepared for two guests took afew calls to reception. Thankyou Sultan Singh for your great service at room 818ðð¼You arranged our needs perfectly with a smile.
Breakfast is Nice but took 20 mins to get 2 cups of Tea and that after I went to get my own!!
Not worth the 1300kr a night stay. Only booked because we saw it as 4**** and were celebrating birthday know better for next year. Stay at OYO Townhouse was much better!

Yeah. Its awesome. Room architecture and designs are fabulous. lightning at night makes rich look. About room service they are on our call steps. Room balcony view is extremely High. Also one complain that they are not providing a cold water in free of cost.

It was a one day stay, on arrival the room was not prepared, no toiletries including soap and minibar was empty. Despite reminders and calling on intercom, it was not replenished. Very bad customer service response. Food was only a hope and was good.

It was my first visit of Dholavira during Run the Rann festival.
Food was excellent, good hospitality and good service by starottel Ahemdabad.
Specially thanks for mukesh and Chef Kk Singh. I will suggest to all my friends.
