The hotel is ok good for 1 night
Not maintained at all the rooms were not lit properly doors were not able to shut properly hot water came 15 mins after starting the gyser
Food is good
No complimentary bottle of water
I would rate 2.5 star out of 5 just for food and courtesy of staff

Overall good experience. Its a good hotel near Railway station walkable distance. Reasonable price. Supportive staff. Nice food. Near to market. Pls dont expect star category facilities as its price is very normal.

Had a good stay.. Room was nice, tho AC was bit noisy but it worked so happy about it.
A nice swimming pool and overall the property is nice but needs to be maintained nicely.
Room was clean and tidy. Morning breakfast had a lot of variety and it also tasted good.

Located very closed to Lonavala Station which helped us to board an early morning train conveniently. Hotel is under renovation & good choice for those who like quite & calm places with not much rush & crowd. Food quality is very good as it is made fresh once you place an order (remember to place order at least half an hour before eating). Buffet breakfast is limited but good. Manager/Staff is very helpful and they specially arranged pickup from Imagica on late evening and also provided us the breakfast before buffet timings on the day of our checkout to help us catch the train.

The hotel is at a very good location, only 100 meters in from the main road. However, it is not very well maintained. They have a big property with many rooms. We stayed in the hotel for one night only. The rooms are not very clean and also have some smell that can be addressed to some extent by opening the Window and the door. So, basically the quality and the price do not match. It is better to spend few hundred bucks extra and to go to some better place.
Basic facilities in Washrooms / toilets are missing in some of the rooms, so ensure that you get the correct room.
They have some indoor games also like table tennis, carrom-board, dart game etc. but again, poorly maintained.
The paid food (Dinner) was good except for Chhapati, hence given two stars. The breakfast have very limited choices (only 3) and hot beverages were not good.
They have good property, but they need to maintain it properly. There is a huge scope of improvement in room interiors, cleanliness etc.
