The location is great. Very close to Kutta Bus stand. Only about 2km. Nature and coffee plantation is quite well maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene is also good. But they did not clean the room the 2nd day of our stay though. The room needed some small maintenance like electrical switch boards hanging loose. But the rooms are laaarge... typical of coorg heritage and culture. Power back up during load shedding is poor. Major part of the night we stayed, did not have electricity. It was dark, but no problem as it was winter. But must keep a torch handy. Food was great. But somehow it was not coordinated well. Though there were more than 20 people in the resort, but even for morning tea, we had to wait for more than half an hour for only two cups of tea. They had the logic that they make it customised to the guest preferences, but our preference was never asked. Tea was served with separate sugar sachet, that's all. No cookies or biscuits along with tea. Hot water seemed like available only during a specific duration in the morning, and not rest part of the day. The resort management did not have any tie up or arrangement to inform or ask the guest about their plans for sight seeing. Only if you ask, will they tell. Could not visit the safari, as almost all the tickets were booked by other resort/tourist well in advance. The resort manager Parashuram, was like very humble and always available. But still could not understand why he was at loss whenever asked for food arrangements and delivery time. I think they were managing it more like a home stay rather than a resort.Overall good stay with nice food. Point to be mentioned, ensure your car tank is full with fuel, otherwise, the nearest petrol bunk is 5-6 km and it is in Kerala. You will have to go through border check post to fill up. The other is about 15km away on the other side in Karnataka only, but it has poor reputation for adulteration of the fuel, as told by some local garage owners.
Just do nothing!

If you feel like doing nothing for a few days. Then this place is your choice.
This place is a simple accommodation with basic amenities. Donot expect resort like feel. You will get a room with decent bed, clean bathroom. There is a pool table with one ball missing, nobody seems to bother to get the set in place, one Table tennis table and an old carrom board. That is the only activity you could do, unless you want to jump on the trampoline.
This place is 1.8 Kms from Kutta bus stand inside a coffee estate. Obviously the place is peaceful as there is absolutely no traffic. But, you cannot drive anywhere outside after dark as the road that leads to the place is a mud road and uneven. If you have a sedan, be careful, you may endup damaging your car if you drive too fast.
For the price the place charges for almost rundown estate bungalow I would expect a
a better feel.
Food was ok, not much choice. But taste was good.
Parashuram who is managing the place is doing the best he can I feel.
Overall it is an average place to stay.
Good stay

Food and lodging was very pleasant, enjoyed a beautiful nature and stay. Nice resturant at ground floor, rooms were very cosy. Staff and management especially Mr. Parashuram was very attentive and friendly. Enjoyed it a lot. A must stay place.

First of all, the place is very nice and located in the middle of dense forest n coffee estate. Great view with greenery.
The hotel is located around 2 km inside the forest from the main road and so it is very calm greenish and pleasant.
The Hotel premises are too good and Mr. Parasuram (the co-ordinator or the person in-charge) welcomed us with warm wish and kind heart. He made the booking formalities very easy.
Food in this hotel was good. Cook Leelu n Santhu served us hot food every time and very responsive with great service.
We reached early by 11 but thought of having food at 3. Still Parasuram helped us to find the lunch even at that time
Room was calm and weather was supreme - so we can enjoy the time even without a fan
Ambience was too good
Despite of these, there are few area that can be taken care here. Following are such suggestions/feedbacks:
1. Water was smelling sometimes.
2. Frequent power cuts which are unavoidable can be handled by using inverters.
It is worth for money and tourists looking for peace, calm n with lot of greenish surroundings , this is the place for you.
You will definitely love it.
Thanks all for making our stay wonderful
Really value for Money

It was a wonderful stay! Hospitality provided by the Manager M. Parashuram and the entire staff was really nice. Food quality was excellent!..There were no separate charges for Dinner and Breakfast... it is a beautiful location in the middle of coffee plantations...Pool table, Table tennis, Carrom board to pass your free time......Only cons were: last 1 km patch of the road and smell of the water in the bathroom..... but overall it was a really an enjoyable experience.
