My room was cold. the fan doesn't work properly. I asked for check, the check was done but the situation doesn't get better. the bath was also cold. the water was just warm not hot. other things were good.

Sooooo disappointed! I often travel to Brussels for business. It's my first (and last time) staying at this hotel. Rooms are quite spacious but very disappointed in other services. Namely bar service was incredibly lacking. There is not much else around. The first night of my stay the bar was empty and I asked to take a drink back to room. The bartender told me the only way to do that was to call for room service. I was already at the bar. The following evening the bar was more welcoming. I ordered a whisky and was promptly told the bar was shutting. They served my drin and immediately demanded payment. It was 31 euro for a single pour which is quite outrageous. The. The bartender came around the bar and held the reciept out and insisted I sign. They had already charged my card but made me feel like some sort of criminal as they basically drove me out of the bar. There were plenty of other groups in the bar and I was sitting by myself. If you are charging 31 euro for a single pour, respect your customers. Completely ruined my experience at this hotel and will never stay here again.

An enjoyable stay but slightly marred on our arrival in a taxi in the rain - no-one to welcome us at the door and carrying our luggage from the taxi to the door with no umbrella or assistance was disappointing. Suggest on a future occasion that the concierge staff pay more attention to visitors arriving in poor weather and lend assistance from the taxi to the door. Pointless to offer this after entering the hotel!

Really good place. I loved everything. Reception staff super kindly. I was staying in Junior suit. Everything very good quality, Bathroom with bath and shower, mini bar for free, It has everything what you need. Breakfast was really fancy, champagne for breakfast. :D Also there is SPA in the same building. For 25e p.p. you can enjoy gym, pool, hammam, sauna. very relaxing place. I found really good deal for this hotel on secret escapes.

Spacious rooms, personalized service, convenient location. In short: a very good hotel. Internet access (wifi) was very stable and swift, so very convenient for working from the hotel. I did not make use of the restaurant but the bar is very stylish and the service is kind and quick. A good bed and as opposed to many other hotels, the temperature in the room was good. I will certainly come back the next time I am in Brussels.
