I had a very positive experience at Novotel Paris Montreuil last week ....mid November 2017
The room was great - very comfortable - and very quiet -I never heard anything
The bed was really excellent- all amenities were there and I really enjoyed my stay
Very nice flat screen TV as well
Small fridge and microwave were handy
The only concern some might have is that itâs not located in the center of Paris â
However - it was a 10 minute walk to the metro and I could get into central Paris in about 25 Mins -
At night after joining my friends in the Bastille area I just hopped an Uber to get back- about 15 Mins at night - but longer during the daytime
Traffic in Paris has not gotten any better so youâre really much better off taking metro during weekdays
The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful
Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room nice and clean and replenishing coffee supplies
There was a shower and a separate tub - and the shower by Paris standards was very good
The room was also larger than what youâd normally find in Paris
Overall I really enjoyed my stay
The only downside was I could not get through on the phone prior to my arrival -not sure why
If someone is not comfortable taking metro than youâd likely want to pick one of their other more central Paris locations
I very much enjoyed my stay here !

Good hotel with facilities and over average service. We arrived hotel in the morning and request for baggage drop the staff were very friendly and helpful.The facilities in the room and the mattress are appropriate and the room is spacious and properly arranged. The distance to metro about 500 to 600 metres.

As the hotel name says, rooms are like suite itself with all the in-room amenities, spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. It's location is bit outside the center of Paris but worth staying here. Lobby is bit small as it's also attached with the restaurant.

The hotel surpassed my expectations in terms of quality especially for what we paid. The rooms we booked were ideal for my young family. The rooms were clean and well equipped with fridge microwave and an excellent size bathroom.
The bed was extremely comfortable whilst the sofa bed was ideal for my girls. The hotel parking was perfect and very reasonably priced.
Only small downside was the area that the hotel is located is not the best, however i never felt threatened or in danger and contrary to other reviews we were out with a young family past midnight and did not have any problems at all.
Disappointed that I left my iPod in my room and have contacted hotel and still not received a reply.

Nor expensive and nice but not interesting area. However, close to metro, 15 min to city center.
Return to hotel before dark, else it can be a bit scary at night, but not unsafe.
Metro is 5 min walk away. there are some inexpensive and good restaurants nearby (french: try.... Les Bienveillants, 5 min walk from hotel)
