the Manager Dilip was a Terrible guy and just an expert in cheating guests from country club affiliation. Country club has finally discountinued the tie up with this property owing this DILIP BHANDARI. be double sure before you book and get everything written and CLARIFIED on email before you pay money...this DILIP has 10 ways to extort money out of your pockets , by treating a kid as extra adult and charging the full rate of adult , or by levying crazy charges.. service also was lousiest as compared to the previous stay which was more than memorable...DILIP BHANDARI will only result in guests running away from summer plaza..

We have through country club membership..Executive room was good but after checkin into the room there were no facilities like tea kettle,oven,plates etc as they have written at the reception counter..when we call at the reception..The manager at reception said that u can complain anyone police also..but u will not get any facility as u r country club members..rough manager and staffs..and lastly food here has a bad smell and taste too...

The resort is located just 1.5 kms from the main market area. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but walking distance from the same. The rooms are very clean so is the total resort area. Only negative point is that the food in the restaurant is very exorbitant. But there is a very good restaurant just 3 mins walking distance form the resort which serves good veg and non-veg food - only Indian cuisine

Worst experience ever.. with no electricity.. fungus in their pool, horrible food...ac was not working properly. Their landline Phones were not working so we couldn't call reception.. no proper service.. no active staff member..

The plight started as soon as we reached the resort. The first reaction at the reception was you get one room and you have to take it. When we persisted he asked to show 3 rooms in same villa. We were not convinced as the room for too small and looked very old. Later he showed lower quality room for us to settle at the same room. We had no option but to agree. As soon as we got into the room we started noticing the quality. The AC didn't worked, toilet was dirty, no water was available, bedsheet had stains. When we tried to call the reception we noticed that the intercom was not working. It meant that we had to walk to the reception for everything.
overall this is my review in first hour of checkin, will post more.
Not recommended at all at the price they are charging.
