We stayed in the hotel twice on our trip.
Check in is open 24hrs so late arrival is not an issue , hotel is about 10-15mins walk from Shinjuku Station , hotel is not signed great but if you head towards the Washington hotel you are going the right way ( they are next door to each other )
Best entrance is on the side st right after the Washington Hotel ( u will see multiple vending machines ) this entrance has no stairs so will make it easier when you arrive with luggage.
We had quad rooms and were a great size for 3 adults and one child , 4 beds , desk , bedside table , coffee table and chairs.
We had plenty of room for us and our luggage.
Room and hotel are defiantly out dated but was clean and tidy so it didn't bother us.
Bathroom was small but suitable for us, the second room we stayed in the bathroom was a little more run down but still clean.
Hotel reception and all staff are friendly , check in was a breeze and same with check out.
There is a 7/11 close by so good for last minute needs , great food area close by so dinner is never an issue.
BE Carful wen flicking through TV channels as adult channel is not blocked !
Over all it was a good budget / no frills hotel, I was happy with it for the amount we paid.

Again, this was a business trip but the stay in the Sun Members Shinjuku was so relaxing it made up for all the stress.
From Narita Airport, you can take the Hotel shuttle to the Washington Hotel, it´s just round the Corner. Pity you can´t check in before 15:00, but in the meantime you can stay in the comfortable lounge.
The Washington Hotel has a convenience store attached to it, great if you need something and don´t feel like going far to get it.

the hotel is very close to shinjuku station, which makes access easy to a lot of transportation alternatives. It is also on a direct line to Roppongi, which could be very handy when it comes to business or fun.
The rooms are quit small, but that is something understandable in Tokyo. The hotel is clean, everyone is very polite and helpful. Wifi works very good and is accessible everywhere.
Breakfast is quite varied, covering both international and Japanese cuisine. Very tasty.
Hotel offers laundry services, however there is a laundry station just next door.
overall, it is a good place to stay, whether if you are for business or just visiting.

A very nice hotel close to the metro station. Nice stuff and good speakers of English. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The bathroom could be a little bigger. The breakfast is good and quite diversified.

It's around the corner from the Airport Limousine Bus stop at Shinjuku Washington Hotel. If you enter through the back door, you don't need to drag your luggages up and down the front stairs. The staff is friendly and very polite but speaks little English. The hotel rooms are clean but small and Japanese Yukata kimono robes are provided. The bathroom is clean with Japanese style bidet toilets. The breakfast buffet spread is excellent and includes Western and Japanese fare. It's about 7-8 blocks walk to the Shinjuku subway station. Overall, a very good stay!
