A nice place to stay, with reasonable price. Rooms were clean, comfortable. The staff was nice. You can enjoy a buffet for breakfast. The hotel is not far from the seven wonders, on the bank of the river. Quite enough to have a good sleep.

I have to surya plaza many times and i enjoyed each visit but i believe that the quality of service is deteriorating.
1. Rooms were good and well maintained. 4/5
2. Breakfast is great you would enjoy it. 4/5
3. Room service very bad. For water also we need to make 2-3 calls everytime. Room cleaning not done everyday. You need to call for room cleaning which will be responded after 2-3 calls.

Had a lunch there with official colleagues. Ambience & location is quite good. Food quality & taste was impressive. Rates are well balanced. Overall good food choice at main Gumanpura market area. Not stayed in same hotel though.

Hotel is good and the location is even better. There are shops and pubs in the vicinity of the hotel. Breakfast buffet seas average but the staff was really helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice stay!!!

Stayed 01 night on 24.03.2016
Location is good very near to Gumanpura market, Kishore sagar Lake and seven wonders. Staff was friendly. We booked directly with hotel and breakfast was included in the room rates. As we had stayed here on date 24.03.2016 during holi festival, so there were not so many guests. The staff at reception was helpful specially Mr. Shashikant. Breakfast was good. Hotel is very well maintained. Our accommodation was Executive Room which was spacious and clean, bathroom was also spacious but mattress was hard which need to improve by the Hotel Management, except mattress no other issue found during our stay.
