I had one of my best sleep here. The pillow hardness is just nice for me (hard type). The shower room is spacious and shower head is powerful. Idk maybe i was tired but I had a good rest here.
To me, the pillow and shower is very important.

The front desk staffs has poor attitude and is not good in English. My baby kept crying as he did not sleep the whole night on the plane, requested the hotel for early check-in however they rejected me and told me "No, No, No!". When I asked for two rooms to be next to each other, they told me "No, No, No!" Everything is No from them. End up they allowed you to have early check-in with a charge of JPY2000 Per Person (not Per Room) Per Hour.
The room was rather small and old, under the bed were dusty and I can even found a worn slipper!
Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and one of the day they called up and asked if they need to clean up my room. Is this a way to skip the housekeeping service? On the last two days they even did not fill the amenities in my room.
The hotel laundry is poor, all the washing machines are so dirty.
I will definitely not staying at this hotel on my next trip to Fukuoka!

Terrible experience
1) old hotelï¼the infrastructure and set up are very old fashioned. It even cannot the standard and quality with a commercial business hotel in same district. No bottle water provided, no cotton pad and shower caps etc to be provided. This standard is really below the market expectation.
2) staff cannot communicate in English, cannot serve foreign tourists. In front desk, even the staff cannot manage English well. For example, we enquirer the airport bus schedule. The staff did not understand our enquiry well but simple passed us the fact sheet. Very disappointed.
3) the hotel information is incorrectly posted on hotel booking websites, I.e.we booked a bigger room to accommodate 4 adults... Eventually we are given a double room. We complained because the room even cannot accommodate 4 open baggages. The room is not a standard 4 persons' rooms. The charges for a 4 persons' room is higher than a double room. Unfortunately the room provided to us is a standard double room but charges us higher cost.
4) internet service quality is poor too
Even a normal Air b&b is much better than this hotel.
I highly recommend tourists not to stay in this hotel. It is very disappointed. It is the worst experience so far for my tours.

The room is really small but washroom is very big. Have requested to change non-smoking room however full booking. The furniture is quite old. Air- conditioner is centralized so can't change. Quite hot especially at mid-night!

Horrible hotel. Check in starts at 15.00 and that's it. It can't be 14.40. Therefore you have people siting in the lobby with suitcase around. Check out is 11.
Arrived early asked to check in at 12 and I wanted to pay but this is impossible. Only 1 hour before 15.00 and its £7 per person. Short walk from the train station but not much going on in the area. You can walk to some places for about 20 minutes or more. 5 tv programs none in English. No air condition in the room just blowing air that you can't adjust the temperature but the hotel rents fans and heaters lol. They want you to leave the key before going out. English is very limited but you get information. Picture attached.
