Over priced hotel with worst service & Quality . I stayed here on 18th & 19th January 2018 at room no. 304 and my experience was horrible . During check in on 18th Jan , the guy at reception tell that our Check IN timing is 3 PM although i reach there at 1 PM and then after asked for Rs. 2000/ as a security , we surprised and ask the reason for this , then they have no logical answer and told its our company policy then we ask for write up where these policy have written , then again they have no answer .
When we reach Hotel Room and find average room without any sitting chair , then we ask for chair . They provide us below standard chair , when we tell to reception guy then he told us you booked basic room which don't have chair , if you booked Deluxe room then we provide the chair . Its very funny after Paying Rs. 21K (Twenty One Thousand ) for room only we avail this kind of facility .
During breakfast is pathetic we wait long for paratha , Sabji etc .
I will never recommend this hotel for any one .

We had a few rooms booked for our friends visiting Mumbai.The location is close to everything and at the same time in a quiet area. The rooms are big and spacious. Service was good especially, Mr Nasir was very helpful.
Only improvement would be thee internet connection.

This hotel is great to visit with family. If you are planning to go to Mumbai with you're family, then you must book your stay in this hotel as this hotel is great to visit work family. This hotel have also great service.

A Fresh Concept For Me. Very Spacious Rooms, Nicely Furnished With Adequate Storage Facility With Lovely Interiors. Over All A Very Good Place For Business Class People. Value For Money. The Food is also of high standard.

The rooms are comfortable but the doors slam shut owing to the locking mechanism. The rooms are only serviced in the afternoon so don't be surprised to return to a messy room every now and then. Breakfast seems to be targeted at resident Indians (way too liberal use of oil). Their rates are higher than the Courtyard Marriott's but it saves you 40 minutes in traffic each way if you are working in Andheri West. There are lots of local eateries on either side of the hotel and Infinity Mall is a mere 10 minutes away on foot.
