This resort is located right opposite to Hilton. We booked Laguna room which had direct access to the pool and really enjoyed our time there. Free shuttle to greger beach and Bali collection is definitely a wow factor. Thank you for your hospitality ð

We didn't finish up staying here.
Too far away from everything & not within comfortable walking distance - beach, restaurants, shopping. They do offer a transfer but you're at the mercy of their schedule. It just wasn't suited to us.

I was been there on december 2017. is very nice room, my husband choose swimming pool access. i love the food there and service was so good also staff friendly. only bad think breakfast no have many choice. i was disappointed of that. but over all okay.

What a heaven of a place, dare we say paradise? Rooms are large, clean and the air-conditioning enables you to keep your cool after spending a day at the beach or simply shopping. Recommended for both couples and families.

I had a pool access room...Laguna which was great for using the pool. This hotel is situated up past the Mulia hotel on a hill. Nothing around to go visit or buy from, so it was peaceful. The hotel has frequent shuttles to Geger Beach and Bali Collections......free of charge. If you miss the shuttles itâs only $3 aud to get back and forth using Bluebird taxis....no others, as they are not metered.
My room was 111.......the odd numbered rooms no matter which level youâre on, face the adult pool and bar. The other pool which is also massive, is more for families as there is a built in shelf which takes up half the pool and is shallow for little kids.
The rooms need more care like washing stained cushions and washing curtains. The walls are also paper thin and a few times I was woken up by.....ummmmm.......night time activities which were really loud and ongoing.
The breakfast has a big selection and is better than other hotels Iâve stayed at in the area. The lunch and dinner menus are quite limited but reasonably priced....although you get sick of them after awhile. I think this is a good hotel to stay at for 3/4 nights....I stayed for 7. Every worker has obviously been told to say hello when they pass you...which is better than being ignored. The hotel has a little shop for snacks and drinks, and the price is inline with places like Mini marts etc. The mini fridges in your room have nothing in them so itâs good for storing your own things.
