After a long drive from Kochi it was a pleasant surprise to find this Swiss chalet in Munnar which was to be our home for 2 nights. Ushered in for a welcome drink and very welcome cold towel. From then on the experience just got better. We had room 105 one of the suites, which was very spacious and had magnificent views of the mountains and surrounding scenery. We ate at the restaurant and food was very good and good value for money. All the staff were excellent and always willing to help. Highly recommended and even with the storms it was a great experience just sat on the balcony watching the changing landscape.

We went to Kerala for honeymoon last dec'2017 and booked the accommodation with Swiss county for 2 days. It was a fabulous experience. From outside it will look small but from inside, believe me, no words to describe. Staff is very helpful and always eager to help us. Breakfast is good and delicious but not many items. I would highly recommend booking this accommodation whenever you're planning to visit Munnar.

Such a nice and warm welcome from the staff..highly recommended to spent your honeymoon here..its not just a stay...everybody here in swiss county made our one day stay a memorable one...thanks to dr.joice and all staff..really really excellent

Stayed here for 2 nights during new year. Hotel is located around 12 kms from munnar town just at the start of tea gardens. Checkin was smooth and manager Pramod made our stay comfortable. He is a very polite and nice gentlemen. He gave us complimentary buffet dinner during new year eve. Hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant. Food was ok. Entire hotel staff was ever smiling and courteous. We got Swiss regalia room located at the ground floor of the hotel which had a private sit out area. I think it's the best room in this category. Select this hotel only if you want to stay away from the town.

this hotel is not located in munnar but just at the entrance to munnar...nevertheless the hotel offers amazing views of the valley down from all the rooms...the best part of the room is the balcony that is really big...hotel staff are very courteous and helpful...choices for breakfast is really good and food is flavorful...
overall, a very good stay at the hotel...would surely recommend it to friends..
