Perfect reception. The staff worked hard to let me feel comfortable. The room was great, clean and large. Breakfast was international standard.
Area of improvement: As often there is a big difference between the staff in the reception area and the rest. The waiters were friendly and OK. But they did not offer anything and did also not react when I was looking helpless. I will come again. good value for a fair price.

Off the main city, close to airport, adjacent to a mall, it is good for business purposes. Tell the cab to go to City Center II in Rajarhat - an upcoming satellite township beyond Salt Lake area. Visiting Sector V from this place is smooth.
Regarding amenities, no complaint. Food is good. The nearby shopping mall offers more options. The room is spaceous, toilet is clean, standard accessories are available. I have not used the wifi, so no idea about it.
The staff is very courteous, helpful, well trained. Stayed for two nights in a business trip. Overall experience is satisfactory. Will recommend.
One minus point. The downtown is very far. Don't get confused by the name of the attached mall. Though it is called City Center, the location is way way distant from the heart of the city. If you want to experience the city Kolkata, then this is not the place to put up.

We stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary and it was a great place to celebrate our special day. The staff and facilities were outstanding and the food was delicious. The pool area is a nice getaway from busy city life in Kolkata. We look forward to staying here again.

I have been here many time and every time I got the same hospitality which is the best part of this hotel check in to check out it was good but this time in the reception I came across to one lady Arna and she is the best on her work thank you Arna and all reception staffs u guys are amazing

We had a great time here at the hotel: excellent food, amazing atmosphere, very polite staff. And the infinity pool was very good, especially the kind staff member, Gouranga.
