Room and Lobby are well maintained and are very clean.
Room service is very fast and food good quality. We tasted only South Indian varieties and found to be of excellent quality.
Generally we could sleep well but we could hear the noise from the dance floor.
Staff are very friendly.
Laundry service is very expensive and therefore shall be avoided.
Good location and easy access to Malls and restaurants. Breakfast service needs to be improved.

The Taj Club House is amazing for the service, the people there make the difference. From the moment you step at the door and till you leave, I've been looked after, with a smile. The food is very good and there are 3 main restaurants. (The main restaurant, with buffet at night and a la carte. Indus the indian restaurant and the Kefi a Mediterranean restaurant on the top of the building with Al fresco dining and outdoor pool.

Very good experience at best possible location in Chennai. The hotel has very good facilities with beach, malls and multiplexes nearby (walking distance). Connectivity to railway station and airport is also very good. The staff are polite and helpful. The service is very good. Overall a nice experience.

Good room size, nice housekeeping and tasty breakfast having variety of items available for breakfast. Good hospitality and courtesy.Good facilities like swimming and Gym.Located at the heart of city and few local sites are very near to the hotel.

We were part of a marriage party , stayed there for two nights room no. 337,. On 3rd of February to 5th of February .. the hotel services were of excellent quality . No issues regarding that . We came by car and while checking out found that the car had numerous scratches at the back left side and also the flap of the back wheel was completely broken , we took it up with the staff at the parking . They called someone from the higher staff . But their response wasn't satisfactory . They took my phone number but haven't responded
