The only attraction is the varied selection of entrees by Chef Venkatesh. I'm a die hard foodie and my palate is never bored there. If I fancy something more exotic, I just request it and it is there! The only serious deficiency is total lack of water sprayer in the toilet. I complain about it every time I visit, But, I am told the toilets were designed by some Italian guy (who probably never washed his butt after going to the toilet). Nevertheless, staff at the reception promise to pass my complaint on to the management. It's been five years and nothing has been done despite the fact that most customers are Desi and we like to wash our butts clean! Apparently, management must be pretty hep on toilet paper alone. Get with it, People!

I am Staying Ist Time in this Hotel.Superb Hotel with Royal and Grand Look in the center of the City. Amnities are very Good, Staff are very friendly and Respectful, In the Food section has to Improve in some Items.

The Hotel is a museum and a point of culture , the interiors are super , look like a King Palace and going in make feel like you travel in the past, an experience unica . The restaurant also is one of the best i been in india... Chefs are really a 5 stars Chef .. i have been here lunch and and dinner for few days and always find new dishes everyday.. its impossible to forget such service made by experience and professionality.

One of the better chains. Rooms could use updating and more thorough cleaning for a hotel on this level. Excellent service, great breakfast, beautiful patio area for dining. Great corporate facilities for meetings. Intense floral fragrance overwhelming the lobby area.

The experience was excellent and very good hospitality. The staff was very courteous. The room was superb. The reception was very good. I liked the restaurent where I had my breakfast. All the necessary check box for hotel stay got ticked
