We were at this hotel during our last Christmas with my family vacation has lot many good and unforgettable memories were staying at this Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur. It was indeed much more then our expectation including start from ROYAL check in to check out procedure. Accommodation was unbeatable competitive and food was just yummy and the best quality. This was one of the best stay so far in my entire life stay in hotel, we definitely go back Udaipur and stay at this hotel.
We heartily thanks for such a wonderful hospitality.

Romantic, beautiful hotel. Perfect for a special occasion. Wonderful staff, sumptuous rooms and well organised private ferry from shore to hotel/back at any time. Excellent cultural programmes.
The Spa is also very good as you would expect at a Taj hotel.

From the arrival til the end everything was absolutely amazing, as we are a young backpacker couple and couldn't afford such an experience (our one night stay was a present), the entire stay has been a pure dream.
The palace, the kindness of the staff, the food, the upgrading for a Lake and City Palace View, the subtle smell of rose in the whole area and the feeling of being a prince and princess for one night... I will surely never forget this experience. Thank you again.

We stayed at the Lake Palace for 2 nights as part of our 6 week trip around India. From the moment we arrived on the private jetty we were made to feel so welcome and our every need was attended to. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the duty manager to the maintenance staff. The rooms are not huge, but they are extremely comfortable, the decor matches the style of the hotel and the views are fantastic. The bathrooms, again not huge, are big enough and everything is provided. The food in the restaurants is very good, and the breakfast the best we had during our trip. The location is of course fantastic.
We have stayed in many high-end hotels and resorts around the world, and the Lake Palace provides some of the best service we have experienced. A stay here is indeed an unforgettable experience.

My husband and I have just spent 4 wonderful days relaxing in the Taj Lake Palace Hotel in Udaipur. Itâs setting is magical sitting as it does in Lake Pichola. From the moment you arrive till you leave everything you could possibly want from a hotel is there in abundance
The rooms, food and beverages, and service were all excellent
All the staff without exception were friendly and professional and unobtrusive in delivering their services. We really couldnât single any one member of staff out as they were all excellent
We took two local tours including one in the hotelâs vintage car which was great fun
Shopped till we dropped in the family run tailoring shop at the hotel. My husband is today wearing a fabulous suit that Ram had made for him in 24 hours. It fits perfectly and doesnât crease even after being packed in a suitcase on an aircraft to Mumbai. Amazing!
For unashamed luxury you canât beat this wonderful hotel. It was such a treat to be able to visit this iconic location.
