(10 November 2017)
I stayed at the executive villa and i took two villa for my family, first impression of the front desk (name: LISA, if not mistaken) is the worst, i booked this villa trough agoda and the slow-learner LISA didnt understood the booking system trough agoda.
THE MOST IRRITATING
They have a karoke party at 23.00/11pm till 1 am in the morning (as told by the front desk officer), i complaint to the front desk due too noise issues & they told me they CAN NOT do ANYTHING. i expect this is a resort where people can enjoy the view and quitness. In return u can enjoy THE MUSIC (VERY VERY LOUD)at 23.00/11pm at night, u can heard every word of the karoke singer BAD and IRRITATING noises.
Feel like they take advantage of us!

-We arrived in the night and was asked the Receptionist guy for renting a car and he said 75k per hour and we thought still normal
-In the morning breakfast was ok surrounding with green view around so relaxing
-Till we meet 1lady with hijab at the Reception I think her name is Lina, we asked her for rent a car and she said was 90k per hour so is different with the guy said in the evening-> for this case all the staff need to have proper product knowledge about hotel information, doesn't look good if the staff give different and wrong information to the guest
-We still asked her about hotel information and hotel activities they have but we feel the lady was sooooo lazy to guide us, many times my boyfriend asked her some questions she's trying to ignore him and answering without looking at us, she keep looking into her desk, is bcoz my boyfriend if bcoz my boyfriend is Bule (White Guy) then she doesn't speak English still she can politely to talk to me, but she treated me like I'm not in front of her, very unpleasant person!-> She need to have proper training in welcoming experience and how to smile and treating the guest! very rude attitude!
-After we spend some activity they have including renting a car for hour 90k it was fun
-Till we asked to some of the staff like security on front of hotel for rent a bike, 1 of the staff gave us when we asked how much it cost he said later, till we come back around 2hours he charged us 200k, so surprised!!! I thought is gonna be cheaper than a car, if I know I'm not gonna take the bike! I really feel he took advantage of us coz I was with Bule, I feel shame with my boyfriend coz he knows even in Bali bike it cost 60-75k only for the whole day! That's sooooooo succcckkksss!!!
-I wish I will never come back to that place!!!
So so

Yes.. mmm this is my first time going to tea garden..
Well.. its a beautiful place (in photo)
Access to the place is TERRIBLE..
Include my experience following waze maps and direct me through a small road.. ð©
To be honest they must improve access road.. include fix it and add some lightning at nigh (total dark at night)
I suggest add more light all over the place..
Its a lovely place and great environment..
They can make it great if they can improve a little..
Specially for the building..
Concern for little things like hot water, gas and maybe they can paint the building so its still look clean and new..
My experience in many nature resort..
They still keep the building like new..
So after staying one night we make decision to move to the center of bandung..
I request refund (i promised to write great review in tripadvisor of they refund my money (its ok if just 50%)
But they give me one night free voucher..
So its still great..
Because i think i dont want to go back here ð
Its ok because its free i think..
So after few not satisfied experience
U can still enjoy the view, the air,and quite place for family..
Terrible service!

Superior 02 Bedroom Villa w/ breakfast
13 - 14 March 2017
+ Quite far from Bandung and because of that I feel I'm the owner of this resort! So peaceful with rice paddies and tea plantation around.
+ The direction board was superb from main road, so I didn't get lost.
+ Lovely exterior and interior, with some Japanese style at dining room
- I didn't feel welcome after I touchdown at this resort, the bellboy who pick my luggage was unpleasant
- When I stepped into the villa, ta da! Unswept floor and many insects are coming to attack my villa (I know the location exactly near rice paddies/tea plantation, but it should be well prepared until somebody check in)
- This is the terrible one! When me and my friends are comeback after spend the night at Gracia Hotspring, OUR CAR STUCKED AT THE FRONT GATE UNTIL A HOUR & THERE'S NOBODY WILLING TO OPEN IT until somebody around the gate woke up and she told me to knock on the "key owner" house.
- The pool was superb if the management always clean the pool everyday!
- Breakfast? Buffet? Hell no! There's a breakfast menu with limited selection (asian/western) and only 1 glass of juice being present for us.
- When me and my friend are going to check out, a lot of staff are rushing into our villa. Less privacy...
- One last thing, don't try to dine at this resort. Fyi 1 plate of rice cost IDR 19.000 (USD15).... too pricey!
Overall, I suggest you can book another hotel/resort if you want to stay around this resort.
Resort with interesting activities, although need several improvement.

We stayed for one night on 21 October 2016. The location is quite secluded, however it is not that hard to find (Thanks to the direction board).
The resort provided many activity which can be enjoyed with your friends and family.
We participated in the Tea Walking session which consist of decent hike through tea plantation to nearby waterfall. We found the experience was a pleasant one.
The villa we stayed in however, is not well maintained. The sofa bed was broken (it smells too), the existed pot for cooking is not cleaned well (also smelly), no lighting on the barberque pit upstairs.
Several improvement will make this resort an unforgettable experience for the guests.
