Our stay at Tea nest was very comfortable, it is situated at a beautiful location, and the staff is amazing, their service and mannerism is impeccable. The food is delicious and inexpensive. My husband and me stayed here for 4 nights, and we certainly felt it was a complete value for money deal.I would recommend tea nest to people who want a little solitude and peace, it just puts you closer to nature and makes you appreciate its beauty and wilderness

Amazingly well maintained property. Cheery with a great ambience. It was a warm haven for us when we talk reached after a long 6 hours bike ride from Munnar. The location in the middle of the tea plantation was very scenic and just what we were looking for. It's a place I would definitely go back again to.

This is a small homestay kind of place, inside a tea estate few kms away from Coonoor town, very quiet and serene locality, very suitable for a quiet holiday of 1~2 days. Rooms have no view, but the terrance/lawn area and the annexure property closely are very nice to spend time loitering. Breakfast was simple but good, lunch/dinner food prepared are good too. Some personal touch from the staff would have made the stay much more memorable.

Very very friendly staff everywhere. Perfect location just outside the city but very quiet and calm. You can easily spend couple of days with in the property. Lot of recreation activities like cycling, badminton and walking around. Stunning view of mountains and tea estates all around.
Best to choose the larger Lemon Grass or Hibiscus rooms that are villa types, very spacious with lot of privacy and have 2 larger beds. standard rooms are with in the main building next to reception and kitchen. Breakfast is decent with some south indian dishes as well as toast/cereals/juice etc. Coffee/tea delivered in the room as soon as you wake up.
The executive rooms are bit pricier probably due to lack of other decent hotels in the city. Room facilities are very minimum and not even the water bottles provided. But the stay will be a very very enjoyable experience.
