We spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel, meeting up with friends and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere created by the choice of various comfortable chill out spaces on offer. We had a basic room but was a decent size with a very comfortable super king bed and lovely walk in rain shower. Plenty of choice at breakfast time whilst enjoying the lovely views. Buffet at the weekend when it was busy and served when it was quieter. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional dining experience on the Saturday evening, amazing food and wine which we all enjoyed, waited on by the friendly local staff........perfect.

We booked the B&B with dinner for a Saturday night - many hotels insist on two nights, so this was a good find. We stayed in the main house in a beautiful room, which cost a bit more but is well worth it. The decor in the reception/bar areas is stunning - so well thought through and bang on trend. Staff were lovely, too. Our dinner was fabulous (only slightly marred by not having the wine we chose, but they gave us a bottle gratis because we had to wait until after our starters arrived). Part of the restaurant has been refurbished but the downstairs part isn't yet completed (if you go, ask to be seated in the upstairs lobby part). Breakfast was excellent, too. The leisure centre is outside, so you have to be prepared to change, but the pool and facilities are really very good. Would definitely return!

We stayed with a large group of friends, the setting, staff and food was excellent along with the leisure complex
Ideal as a base for visiting the Northern Cotswolds or for the racing at Cheltenham
If you like golf the hotel has its own course although it didnât look very demanding

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for a Saturday night get away and it couldnât have been a more perfect stay.
The hotel has a unique ability to be large and therefore well equipped but to feel like a small, boutique hotel with cosy corners and real fires. The love and care that has gone into the renovations are evident in every room with beautiful decor and attention to all the little things. My absolute favourite being the little animal door guard to place outside your room for privacy rather than the usual boring door hanger! Although the bath caddy with a wine glass holder and book rest was a close second!
The food was also fantastic and, as a foodie, that could have been a deal breaker! The dishes were well thought through, perfectly cooked and seasoned and the right balance of being exciting but not too experimental to put off non foodies.
With fantastic, panoramic views from every window, I couldnât recommend this place enough for the perfect get away.

We have just spent a lovely weekend with our extended family at this hotel. The rooms are superb, our suite was very special, every possible item included for our comfort and stunning views. The Touch of Class rooms that the others stayed in were also great, stylish but comfortable. Particularly liked that they opened out onto a terrace - would have been great in better weather. The hotel has obviously been recently re-furbished to a very high standard, public spaces were gorgeous to look at but also to sit in, designed in such a way that each seating area felt private. Great food and drink, lovely swimming pool/hot tub complex and the 6 nations rugby on a big screen in the Sports bar, much appreciated by the rugby fans in our party. But above everything was the delightful staff, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, even when the hotel got very full on the Saturday. Cannot recommend this hotel too highly
