What do YOU want from a Hotel?

Stayed Sept 2017.
If you know what you're signing up to i think you'll have a great time, if not, be warned.
I saw the "adults only" part and said "yes, book that". What i didn't see was that it was next to a nightclub and it's a party hotel.
Overall a good hotel, just be aware that most of its clientele will be partying hard.
Good breakfasts and great service.
On our first night the room above was having a party into the early hours of the morning. We were moved for the remainder of the stay and there were less noise issues.
If you're someone who will come back when the sunrises and crash out for the day you'll fit in. We were met with people going out for the night at the same time we were going to bed...
It overlooks the club which can be entertaining, as long as you like the music.
Good staff but drinks to expensive!!!!!!!

Visited here as two couples this month. I can't fault the staff or the service at this hotel but there are quite a few downsides!
Firstly the drinks from the bar are way to expensive i.e. 10 euros a cocktail and 18 euros a bottle of wine !
On half board you could order endless drinks with breakfast including every coffee known to man , orange juice , water , tea etc but when it comes to dinner you have to pay either through the nose for wine i.e. £18-20 or £3 a bottle of water !!! Or die of thirst whilst eating and have to run to your room to guzzle water in between courses
I found the food to be quite tasty but with a very limited menu available, I guess if you were only staying a few days it would be ok but after a week you crave a difference.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful but we won't be returning due to the no water with dinner rule and the expensive bar prices
Just a tip if you go next door to the Hawaii you can watch the sunset on their terrace with a bottle of decent wine for about £6
It's a shame really but I guess the hotel is really only geared up for the partygoers and they don't really try to hard to accommodate their other guests
To expensive

Went here last year and decided to go again this year but half board breakfast and evening meal. Well the breakfast you can have with as many drinks as you want but evening meal you canât have any drinks, not even water unless you pay £3 for water lol and the drinks start at around a £10 for a pint. Food was fine but very small menu. told us hotel was full, haha well it must only hold around ten people at one time ! Will not return as itâs like a ghost town and when you go past the Hawaii and seen the people drinking and having fun all inclusive for less money it makes you realise that the ocean beach is a greedy run business that has no idea of how to treat the hotel guest differently from the greedy club prices, they need to change the greedy drink prices as they make a fortune out of the party goers all year then expect customers of the hotel to pay the night club prices. All in all good but I do think this hotel will fail eventually unless they change the drinks and food situation as not all the guests are there for the parties. Great views and Carlos is a credit as are the morning breakfast staff. Shame on the owners for not sorting out dinner situation as this makes the hotel a no go area for dining.
Holiday with friends

Much awaited holiday with the 4 of us (2couples)
Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
We stayed in a junior suite. This was not appropriate for us, our fault as we had not identified when booking exactly what the suite was like. 1 bathroom between 4 adults, limited storage hanging space between us.
Food ok, sometimes brilliant but on a couple of occasions lacking
Food expensive for what you get, breakfast and dinner menus repetitive with same set of 6 dishes to choose from steak very thin, small with a lot of gristle.
One issue we found to be completely difficult to understand was that the evening meal we had we were not allowed water unless we paid per small bottle, I believe this would have been 2-3 Euro
After 4 nights of paying 18 euro for a bottle of wine we decided to just ask for water as money fast running out. Really disappointing that this was not for free
Despite this it is impossible to fault any of the breakfast staff that served us. Canât remember their names. 2 young ladies and a young man. Polite, patient, helpful and friendly at all times
Reception and bar staff also brilliant
Drinks are very expensive, cheapest bottle of wine was 18 Euro, same bottle at the Hawaii hotel opposite was 6.5 Euro
Hotel very quiet with zero entertainment of any kind at any point of the day and night
The ocean beach is a lovely hotel, modern, clean with beautiful views of the bay.
Despite all his we will not stay there again. The Hotel Hawaii next door whilst slightly more expensive with all inclusive is far far cheaper with drinks and variety of food. Also great entertainment every night
Ocean beach definitely for the younger ocean beach club clientele ( which is probably what the hotel is mainly aimed at)
So donât be put off!! Itâs still a great place just not right for us
Excellent hotel

Arrived early before check in (2pm) were able to leave bags in secure luggage area. Once checked in was upgraded to a suite. Rooms were fantastic, lots of space, huge balcony, decent sized fridge too. Beds extremely comfortable wasn't expecting to go to ibiza and sleep so well! Chose this hotel so we were next to the beach club, surprised how quiet it was. Breakfast was included and also excellent, loved the fact you could chose from a menu and everything was made fresh for you. Would definitely recommend.
