Hotel is good for stay at Coimbatore near airport. Rooms are clean and lobby is also good. Warm welcome was given by the staff. Lunch was good but dinner and breakfast were hopeless.Terrace is good where dinner was served and it gave a good feeling.Service in room was good but still requires improvement. Will like to stay again for short stay.

No hot water in the bathroom and the room service did not attend to the complaint raised. Had to eventually use room temperature water for shower. Loud noise from the dance floor/pub below the room till late at night. We could here vibrations because of the sound. Too disturbing. The corridor outside the room was smelling of garbage in the morning. Buffet breakfast was just about average. Not a very pleasant stay ð

hazzle free check in... warm welcome....nice security for parking.... good lobby.... very neat and tidy rooms.... comfortable beds and I like the study table especially.... also a cosy chair... the bathrooms are clean.... the coffee maker with necessary tea coffee powder.... it is safe and comfortable hotel

I was welcomed with some sort of chocolate drink. Staffs were super friendly.
Room was clean and spotless. Nicely decorated and the lighting was superb.
Linens and Towels were clean.
Close to Airport.
Breakfast was decent and could use some improvement.

I am coming to this hotel for the second time in a span of a year..near to the airport..pickup facility is available..rooms are quite spacious with view..however..the food was pathetic..I had food poisoning only after having the first meal and had to show doctor..The front desk staff was rude and dint even bother getting me medicine..the breakfast place was clumsy but the service of the staff was good and were polite..I wish I could have given a single star but the additional one is for the spacious room..
