Internet- slow, very slow. Only 2 devices allowed. Constant required to sign in and call front office for new password.
Room is old and dim. Lighting above the window can not be switched off, if you need a dark room to sleep, this definitely not your kind of hotel.
Shower always flooded the bath room.
Do not sit on some of the blue tall sofa chairs at the lobby, it stings and make your cloths smells too.

Checked in at Arista because itâs close to Palembang Icon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is pretty big and clean, you can always judge a room from its sheets, and theyâre pretty clean.

Arista located in the heart of palembang. It is near the governors office also near all the shopping mall in palembang like palembang icon (the biggest one) just one step a head, palembang square also near the newest mall transmart. Not to far from the ampera bridge also.
This my second time spent the night at arista palembang. Their staff is very friendly and helpful especially their staff in the restaurant.
Their food for breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variation. You should try their palembang menu, it's so yummy especially tekwan and laksan.
The room is clean enough with city view. If you get the room in corner you will get very big window to see the city.
But in my current experience stay there.. I had unforgettable experience. When i came back from walk around, i took the elevator and suddenly the elevator stuck because the electricity was down. It happen only a few seconds.. But it's enough to make me hold my breath.

Good location next to a popular mall in the middle of town. Large comfortable rooms, free wifi and everything up-to-date. The service was attentive and while English was not great the staff were helpful. The food was good with two restaurant offers and a buffet breakfast. I would happily recommend the Arista for either business or leisure..

Few days ago was the second time i stayed at this hotel for my business trip. Since the place was quite full so the rate was pretty high. The room was spacious and comfortable with good service. I especially loved the breakfast menu in this place. There are many local food offered and international food and the taste was good.
