Spacious rooms but needs some revamping

Stayed here only a night for my early morning exam day. The rooms is apartment styled type with different spaces, stayed in 1BR rooms and it still got a study room, 2 bath rooms, living room, and kitchen. It was really big and spacious. The toilets are a lil stink I think they need to work on the piping system, also needs some major revamp soon, even though it was still comfy, the furniture looks tired and old. I love the breakfast place as well as the food selection, my sister also love the pool!

We have stayed in here to celebrate the new years, but unfortunately that there is problem with the pipe. We have complain it to duty manager in charge in that time, named Andre.. he explain the problem and courteous apologize and offering the temporarily solution to full fill the bathtube with water galon. We accept the solution and couples of minutes came the staff with galon water to fullfill the bathtube.. considering the hectic night at that time queing for elevator but the duty manager named Andre so patient to face the problem even I believe many guest complain that time but he can solve the problem with courteous and solution. overall stay in there was good, the room clean and spacious. Even take time during check in, but still ok, because of big moment that time.

The Aryaduta has been around awhile and itâs showing. Large and reasonably comfortable apartment style rooms. Just the whole property is showing itâs age. Clean and maintained, but dated and worn.
Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Handy location in this area.

Its strategic location was the reason why I picked this hotel to stay.
Stayed for 4 days 3 nights with family in a three bed rooms suite on the 22nd floor.
An incident occured on the day #2 almost had us frustated. Water system in one of the bathrooms was leaking and deluging across all bedrooms. Slow responds from the hotel staff made it worse. The Manager on Duty that night was not much helpful, he transferred us to two separated rooms after 2 hours of waiting in the flooded room.
But our disappointment was gradually healed by Mr. Hans, the FOM who came directly to our room, listen to our issue and show his understanding by providing solutions and gave us his private mobile numbers to keep in touch. That's exactly all we need at that time, the feeling that we are being taken care and guided to overcome the iasue at all times.
Hotel's management needs to train the staff to learn more about hospitalities, and should appreciate the FOM who had saved them from a bad guest's impression.
Things that I and my family like about this hotel:
1. Its strategic location, in the heart of the city easily access to anywhere.
2. Pool area, my kids love the shape and the whirlpool
Things need to be improved:
1. Hotel staff's awareness of customer value
2. Maintenance on the rooms, some rooms look shabby.
3. Variety of breakfast's menu
Worst Hotel Ever with very poor hotel management

Stayed in a 3BR Apartment in this hotel for a new year package by the end of Dec 2017.
Lets start with check in: Check in is just OK..even though i overheard a family complaining about the check in duration (it took them more than 1 hour to complete their check in)
Waiting for the lift to went up after check jn is a nightmare..it took us about 20minutes to wait for a lift to took us up..
Room
Standard and a bit smelly..it need a major renovation. Beds are OK (Just OK).
Here comes the worst part:
Day 1. My daughters took a bath (age 5 and 3) using warm water..suddenly we were shocked by their scream because the water turns extremely hot in a sudden..it tooks a while up until the water can be normal and warm.
Everything goes OK (means trully nothing special) for the rest of the day (dinner and countdown party).
The next day.
After spending times in the pool with the kids we came back to our room for a shower.
I took a batah in the main bathroom while my daughter were on the other bathroom.
In the middle of our shower with shampoo was all over my hair and soap allready applied the water went off!!!
Completely off!!!
My wife complained to the front office and came back with "sorry we'll sent our engineer up".
Waited for another 15 minutes no news.
Seccond call came back with "sorry the water was off (please tell me something that i dont know!!) We'll send you couple of gallon water to complete your bath). And the gallon came aftern another 15 minutes..
Wait, what!!?? Gallon water? How the hell can i took a bath with approx 20KG galon water!!?? We innovated by using a cooking pan as a water scoop..
This is a very unpleasant experience..
My wife complained to the front office when we checked out and received "I'm so sorry and have anice day" answer!
From another on duty manager we got information that the pipe was ruptured on our floor and the floor above and they have discovered it since early in the morning (what!!??? You've discovered the issue since early morning ang no notification whatsoever to the guest affected!!??)
Worst hotel and its management ever!!
For those who read this review, please consider another hotel nearby..don't waste your time and money to stay at this hotel because you'll be sorry as i do!!
Will i be back? Definitely NO!
