The hotel is amazing with lushed green lawns with luxury rooms. The rooms are comfortable with standard amenities provided. Bathrooms were cleaned to the niche . Great options for the breakfast at the buffet. Attentive hospitable staff offers best class service . Pickup and drop to the Holy Shrine of Mata is a big plus . Kudos to the management for exceptional services. Every penny spend is worth it.

Courteous staff... clean well lite rooms... attrium design.. near the railway station .. taxi will cost 100 to 150 rupees to reach the hotel. Just 1 mm from station. Perfect place to stay for Mata darshan. Keep it up.

Spacious rooms,neat lobby,lovely restaurants and food.. everything worth the money... best ambiance maintained.. the front office staff well trained, well presented, room attendants, waiters all having a lovely approach with a smile.. be at 4am in the morning.. food is excellent be at lunch menu to the Breakfast buffet.. very hospitable teamðð kudos to the management team and the GM

Katra is the starting point for the holy pilgrimage to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi. The trek is a 12km long and steep one and devotees require adequate rest and rejuvenation before and after. The Atrium hotel is an exceptional stay for travellers with families. The service is courteous and the property itself is very modern, comfortable and chic. I have been coming to Vaishno Devi for 24 years and in my opinion The Atrium hotel is an exceptional choice available for yatris like myself. The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The suites are spacious, luxurious and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is exceptionally clean and equipped with amenities like a bath tub and hair dryer along with running hot water.
Could not have asked for anything better! Full marks!

This was my sixth year in a row in atrium, it is a wonderful hotel to stay in katra, the hospitality is amazing, The general manager MR B.S.MANOCHA is a wonderful person, he has taken care of us all this years,we have been enjoying our stay more day by day, we started from 2 rooms now we are taking 9 rooms, we go every year in january for darshan of maavaishnodevi, this hotel has a positive approach, the morning breakfast also was super duper, its just walking distance to the market and we have complimentary drop and pick up to the helipad, what more do you want , i will suggest all my friends to stay at this hotel and enjoy the homely atmosphere far away from home.
