Our one night stay at this hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, very clean and well furnished. The bathrooms were well maintained and supplied,. We had plenty of hot water supply as needed, The staff was very welcoming, especially the front desk staff. The included breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety and freshly prepared local dishes. The room, with AC, was very nice and we had a very good sleep.

Ours was a two night stay. We chose this hotel primarily due to the proximity of the hotel to the place we wanted to visit.
Location: The hotel is located on Panampilly Avenue, not very far from the main M.G. Rd. There are a lot of eateries in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Parking: There is ample uncovered parking; however, on most nights, various functions are held at the hotel and it is not very easy to find parking right in front of the hotel should one return to the hotel early in the evening. One might have to wait until 10 pm or so to get a spot close to the hotel (the security guards are very helpful in this regard).
Hotel: The hotel itself looks like a large mansion and is painted white. It is a quaint hotel that gives one the feeling that it belongs to another age (as opposed to modern hotels made of steel and glass). It does, however, need another coat of paint and a makeover. The lobby is rather small.
Room: Our room was very large compared to rooms of most modern hotels. The room and the bathroom was neat and clean though it could do with some sprucing up. All the furniture in the room was of teak wood (or so I thought) which, together with the two French windows, added to the colonial ambience of the room. The bed was large and comfortable. Lighting in the room was not adequate. There was no desk lamp in the room. Buffert breakfast spread was OK (mainly South Indian food). Our stay was comfortable though
I thought the hotel reception staff neeeded some more training in making guests feel welcome - something the hotel management needs to pay attention to.

Always a fan of this hotel. Friendly staff, good BF ( Included in stay). Decent restaurant. Easy access to Uber, May walk around to see the multiple eateries and boutiques. Love the rooms. spacious and clean, Will visit again.

The hotel must have been planned for being a luxurious stay. Rooms are big with separate sitting space. Service is excellent. Breakfast was OK.
Two things need to be taken care of - The corridors had peculiar smell which I didnt like, and the reception is under stair case.

We reached Cochin and wanted to stay at night and then move to Munnar. So overnight stay was at Center hotel. Average room. Extra bed was provided on request. Evening kids got bored as no games room for playing. They sat and watched tv. Wifi was not working. Breakfast was good
