Located in the heart of city on MG road within walking distance from ocean - Avenue Regent is a good property which full fills all the check boxes.
With entrance from both front and back side, private parking, quick checkin and spacious rooms are the hall mark of this property.
The buffet breakfast is average. The hotel staff and front desk is very helpful.

My favourite hotel in the City. This was our third stay at this lovely hotel and it did not disappoint.
Great welcome at check in who remembered us from previous visits, although the last one had to be over 10 years ago.
The accommodation was superb. A lovely Master Suite with two enormous rooms which were tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable.
The restaurant was as good as ever with some nice items on the menu and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The bar on the ground floor had received a makeover since our last visit but was still a great place to have a drink and something to eat. More attention to hotel residents by the bar staff would not go amiss as at times it seemed that more attention was being paid to their cronies from outside.
Thanks to the housekeeping for great service and the lovely cookies.
A great stay once again and we hope to return.

Stayed here for 2 nights during christmas 2017. The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. Had a lot of space for my toddler to run around. Scrumptuous breakfast and excelle t coffee and tea. The lounge and the bistro on the ground floor were very good too! The hotel is very conveniently located to visit all of Kochi and Ernakulam. The staff were courteous and took time to make sure our stay was memorable. Will definitely visit again.

A clean and well located hotel near the city. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decently sized, fitted with all the basic necessities. Room service food is excellent and highly recommended, whilst restaurant dining is well prepared. The bar by the lobby is quite comfortable and great for evening drinks with a small group of people.

I always prefer Avenue Regent during my business visit to Ernakulam & surroundings. Clean & comfortable rooms coupled with Nice service. Has a trendy bar though bit crowded on most of the weekends. Recommonded for family stay.
