I visited bali during last week and stayed at Villa. we booked one bedroom villa with private pool & I must say i could have able to extend my stay in Villa. Wonderful property.
Suggestion to improve on breakfast, very limited option they have but Villa have partnership with Restaurants like queens of India from where you can order the food.
Maintenance of rooms needs to be improve. Facility provides 15 Mints Spa free, they have shuttle services to Kuta and Seminyak market. overall best place to stay in Bali and get relaxed.

there is nothing in this hotel to talk about.
one damp creepy small suffocating dirty passage and few villas on right and left side. reception is looks cheap. the villas share walls on either side and you can hear your neighbors easily.the dining area is small and horribly kept.
The villa has dirty unkempt pool, frog kept croaking in our bathroom whole night, shower is surrounded by plants and there are spiders, lizards moving around. The stench in the villa is horrible, the bedsheets and bedcover and not up to the mark.the sunbeds are stashed in a corner where you can be attacked any time by any creepy crawly creature.

From the moment we arrived Yoga helped us tremendously ! He's extremely helpful and knows a lot about Bali trips and travel . He's very experienced speaks excellent English very fluent , friendly and courteous. No issues with our room it was beyond expectations . Lots of mosquitos but there are plenty of remedies to this . The mosquito net , the hit spray and mosquito candle . Highly recommend . Hopefully Yoga is there at your check in to help assist you as he's done for us .

Pros:
This hotel is situated in simenyak which is accessible to almost anything but Traffic will slow you down.
The hotel has free shuttle van taking you to the Seminyak Mart or Kuta Mart which Tons of Tourists shops and dines
Alot of Available taxis around
The Villa is big for 2 person. You will love the privacy of the villa that has your own pool and tub a lounge area where you can also cook on your own.
Cons:
Heavy Traffic in Seminyak if you want less traffic area stay to UBUD/ ULUWATU area.
Alot of BUGS esp mosquitos in the villa during high season. just prepare your insect repellent.
Breakfast was just ok

very nice...villas are beautifully designed, delightful stay. Small yet comfortable pool, nice rooms and a king size bathroom..had little variety of Indian food as well.. spa is also very nice..supporting staff
